Hailing from Brownstown, Michigan, Willie brings an incredible 22+ years of experience in the mortgage industry to our team. Since stepping into mortgage origination full-time in 2008, Willie has not only honed his craft but has also discovered the career's unique ability to help him spend quality time with his family while achieving substantial financial growth. His passion for building strong client relationships and educating communities—particularly those impacted during the housing collapse—has defined his remarkable career.

• At just 22 years old, he became the youngest franchise owner of a Powerhouse Gym.

• An accomplished athlete, Willie played college football, made final cuts with the Kansas City Chiefs, and even played professionally for the Toronto Argonauts (CFL) and in Arena Football.

• Beyond his professional accolades, Willie is deeply committed to mentoring young entrepreneurs, flipping homes, and building businesses.

Willie’s love for his family shines through in everything he does. He cherishes traveling, fishing, and cooking with his wife, Richelle, and their son, Willie Jr..
